I really hate underwater segments, Majora's Mask is probably the only good one I can think of

Hooa, I'm generally ok with them if there's no time limit or a janky gameplay. The only annoying water segments I can think now is Sonic, Mario and TR

Now that I think about it, it's crazy the fact in MM that you only come to know during credits that you weren't using a random deku spirit as a mask 😥
I keep wondering how that deku kid got there considering the door seems to be sealed, Majora probably baited him there
Most likely because the Majora has the power to open it and even going beyond Termina as we see it baiting Link at the start of the game. The real question is why Majora Mask did that..
