It's the doctors who recommend it to pregnant women.
Obviously not the manufacturer, the Tylenol brand name is just a brand name, they can't recommend anything to anyone because they are a brand not a doctor
Don't worry, it's only the brand name Tylenol that's a problem, all other paracetamol is perfectly safe.
