I tried cutting out meat and dairy for a 8 months because I didn’t feel great. I then developed health problems so severe that I had to leave my job. I started eating a diet where most of my calories were from meat and eggs (still with cooked veggies, mostly potatoes, and some leafy greens) and literally all my health problems dissipated with time.

Wow, this is incredible. How did the body adjust starting meat again?
It was a little tough on the stomach at first, and was a little backed up for a couple weeks but nothing too bad. Honestly was smoother transition than I thought. I started mostly with eggs and boiled chicken. Now I eat eggs and beef more than anything. I also grow my own potatoes (super easy to grow) and eat potatoes most days.
