Hey, did you know that I make low-sugar jerky from ground meat? I have been doing this since 2019 (by accident!) because I hated that the kind in the store contained so much junk. My jerky gained a bit of a following from folks on Twitter who started buying & enjoying it. I'm still making it, and wanted to drop an update...

Here are the flavors left in stock after the Agora Market this past weekend:

Plain Jane (just salt & pepper)

Ghost Chili (hot)

Pizza Style

New Mexican Hatch Green Chile (mild)

...and the following other flavors can be made to order:

Sweet BBQ

Black Pepper

Sriracha Chili Garlic (med-hot)

Dill Pickle

Elk Jerky

Curry Fire (med-hot)

There are also variety pack sampler bundles and monthly subscriptions (pick a flavor or mix & match).

Here is the link to check them out/order: http://mailboxmeat.com/

Sorry, I thought the pics were attached! What it looks like packaged, what it looks like while drying, and what it looks like after rolling it out

Success! It actually tastes pretty good. Mild, not hot.

The first batch I made of the Chicken Satay (medium-hot) jerky was a fast seller. Watch for it in the KETOLISHUS jerky store soon!
