I fought it for two years 😂 so I understand. It’s a huge mind f*ck lol but then I came to the conclusion that if I put milk or cream in my coffee it’s literally the same thing. So I finally did it and I actually like it.

I melt the organic grass fed butter + Organic raw coconut oil in a pot, then add milk or cream, mix it all and then pour into my coffee.

Let me know what you think of it when you try it.
