UPDATE - This is Arthur A. (21), the Graz gunman. In a suicide note found in his home, he blamed the school and bullying for his heinous crime. He also expressed concern for his cat, asking that it be taken care of after the shooting. His mother, an Austrian, was a single parent. His father is said to be from Armenia.
