Is amboss one of these so called lightning channels?

Will it work on android?

And does it needs one those plug-ins(w/c makes bitcoin/lightning so much more confusing?)

I can provide public keys,with digital signatures,using btc core wallet..will it make me the owner?

Is it that hard to answer these questions?

Or is #btc really just for the few English speaking elites?
