Well, just being free and open-source doesn’t always cut it. Especially not when things keep getting more complex and every new feature rollout wrecks backward compatibility even more. You used to be solid, and you earned your praise. I even included your products in my beginner-friendly how-tos and gave you free feedback in a website audit pointing out what’s wrong right now. But if you want to stay relevant, you’ve got to keep up the quality.
