I know I could say "Send money to bc1q3suv38s3f8l7szhuh3julvqx020mva8jx0lvgj and tell me what you want and where I should ship it" but I was hoping there was something easier to use for both me and buyers.
I'm a big fan of the Nostr Market plugin for LNbits. It allows for chat, multiple stores for different product types, a few things like that. You would be out of luck for credit card payments because it's a lightning focused app and If you're comfortable with self-hosting, it's something that you can do as well.

Another option for you might be BTC payserver but that would require a website build-out. Because I don't think it does things like chat. It's specifically just a payment server for both on chain and lightning.
