The problem is the word itself, like many others, has been hijacked by the far left to mean something totally different- being in an oppressed group AND buying into the woke crackpot conspiracy theory.

But true diversity can be great because it exposes you to different cultures, ideas and ways of thinking. As far as prosperity, it allows you to more effectively provide goods and services to a wider audience because you understand them better.
