Yeah very interesting. I enjoyed talking to them. ATprotocol without Bluesky is way more interesting than the single Bluesky app. And much more of a threat to Nostr because the apps beyond microblogging was always what Nostr does better.

it leverages Bluesky’s lexicons only to *display* more video, however when you post it uses their own lexicon, so it’s more independent from the network. if bsky disappeared there’d still be all vids posted from spark!

Oh cool! Yeah that’s true, but I suppose it’s also easier to use, at least Bluesky - we’re yet to see if other atproto apps will be as used due to the difficulty in what to label it (login with Bluesky/atproto etc..)
