I'm really relieved to hear that. I don't think this place can't survive without those sorts of tools implemented. I've really thought about abandoning nostr over the last couple of days and I can imagine I'm not alone. This is too good an opportunity to allow something so heinous to destroy it.
I am working on something for this, but it costs a bunch to operate. I will be making certain features free for relay operators.
The rest I’ll be setting up a donation fund for once it releases and restricting it to paying users only if that doesn’t work.
