I completed my last week of daily training at work today. I finally won’t have to sit constantly, looking over at someone’s screen.

How the fuck do people sit all day and stay well...

I got a standing desk and I’m looking at walking pads. I’m stiff and sore from all the sitting over the last two months. How do you replace hours & hours of standing, walking, lifting and turning bodies.
