Let's talk "record breaking heat".

We've hit, insofar as I recall, the 90s twice. Once ~95, the other 91.

This has been, by far, the most mild summer I can remember experiencing.

The consistent flood warnings? Water levels possibly 1' higher than average in places a couple times during the season. Because that average is where we sit at >90° for weeks at a time. Normally we get a week >100° and, that's not "adjusted ".
