No, don’t think so! He is coordinating the linux development and has like hundreds side projects like git, subsurface and so on. I really doubt that linus has enough time to learn all the knowledge satoshi needed to create bitcoin
Since linus is a very productive guy i do not see issues in consider bitcoin as one of its projects of the past
