If I copy a gif url from the internet displays as a still image
If I download it to my phone and then upload it through Damus interface it displays correctly

#[2] & #[3] profile pics are animated above, mine and yours aren’t… as a dev, it’s these questions that keep me awake at night
Wait, is yours suppose to be animated?
If it is, it doesn’t display. Try compressing the pfp size to a 1MB max 💜🫂

I played around with everything on the first day so much, just so I could get my profile design as perfect as it could be and move from there 🫂
Helped others set up theirs, and so that’s how I figured out the optimal sizes and such 💜
Thanks for the suggestion, would never have thought to optimise the gif. Weird how it only effected Damus / iOS. Appreciate the help =)
I end up having to toggle off and on animations in the settings a few times a day.
