The Fifth Amendment
So, let's say that someone cheats and stays silent so that does not get caught or "incriminate self" ?
The cheating is wrong. Unless the rules are broken. I come from. group of people who had to challenge the rules to make things more just, so.
I understand the fifth amendment. But in a context of social interaction, I know I am a bit strick. Flexible, but strick. For me truth is essential to build trust between people.
Depends on intent imo if you try to hide the truth its obviously lying tho
