@brazen_unicorn @IckyVickyEww @GibranStormcrow @MatthewSpeak @Not_Meis @zachsilberberg Remember that alcohol and tobacco have been proven to be dangerous. 16 year olds having sex has historically been very normal and never considered dangerous. Until some sort of danger is shown it's kind of ridiculous to claim it should be forbidden by law.

@brazen_unicorn @IckyVickyEww @GibranStormcrow @MatthewSpeak @Not_Meis @zachsilberberg In many countries you have to be 18 to buy fireworks. But in those same countries you can't buy dynamite at any age. Dynamite is only for those with a special license. Because danger.

@brazen_unicorn @IckyVickyEww @GibranStormcrow @MatthewSpeak @Not_Meis @zachsilberberg Yes, in my state my right to buy dynamite has been legally restricted. There is good reason for that.

But a person's intimate life does not need to be regulated by laws. That is a basic human freedom. If we ever take that freedom away we need a damned good reason.
