using the Muun wallet on May 9th I sent an on chain transfer but it is still not found. Is this normal? What can I do?

I don’t use muun but if you cannot see it in a block explorer that would indicate that the transaction has never been broadcasted. Are the sats missing from the wallet?
Did they provide a txid or anything for you?
There is nothing in the wallet.
I only have the transaction ID but it can't be found and the wallet says confirming....
