Great conversation on Covenant use cases with Steven Roose on Stephan Livera's podcast.
However I really don't think we need TXHASH as it would bring further delays to getting Covenants into bitcoin.
CTV + InternalKey + CSFS is ready right now in the LNHANCE pull requests available on core, bitcoin-inquisition and mutintynet.
IMO TXHASH has only served to complicate and delay the covenants conversation.
