Currently ReplyGuy is a huge annoyance and is likely driving away new users but is using unique npubs. Please consider adding muting based on a texr string in the user name such as "Replyguy".

This will not help at all because the posts/replies are displayed before we fetch the profile name. It would also not be a solid solution as spammers could just change their profile names.
You should choose relays that don't serve you spam.
I will also add a WoT filter soonish which will help with your issue.
