Usually I take pics, but I made Chicken Piccata. It was very acidic. Was a Chef John recipe, but he did something very odd, and it was an older recipe of his where the ingredients were listed, but with no method, you had to watch the video. TIL Piccata means "prick", like prick your tongue because of the twang. I mashed the capers.
