ive fixed TempleOS' wallpaper by introducing a new CTask status flag called TASKf_KILL_DYING_LOCK and changed around things in TaskValidate() and CoreAPSethTask() to lock Seth while a task dies and the wallpaper now Bt()'s for the flag to ses if its locked, doesnt seem like this introduced any visible overhead
