Nobody drags their laundry on the ground like that, they'd end up tearing it up. Laundry's not that heavy also. Also with laundry in a bag it doesn't put THAT much strain on the top of a bag where you're grabbing it. Some of those wrinkles in the sack closer to his hands are clearly extremely tense and straight from something that's putting a strain on the fabric. All of the weight is localized to the very bottom of the sack.

That's a collapsed body.
