How do you all think about inflation adjustments on their salaries? Surely you don’t follow CPI.
Asking because I work with the finances of a couple nonprofits who annually think about this. And it’s always tricky because they are in servant-forward roles, but also I don’t want their purchasing power to get eaten away.
