Is it a raspberry pi?
The Pi usually needs just to be unplugged then resynced again from the beginning. It’s anything command-line that requires help. I feel about typing directly into my terminal the way some people feel about Stalin. I loathe it! It is better to eat a snack & take a nap & wait for advice on what specifically to type or network settings to check beyond basic WiFi. Computer and me don’t communicate well without a polished UI. 😝
