Here's my setup for count up biochar.
It consists of a Wen shredder, reusable grocery bag, 2 bungees, 2 garbage cans and a modified boot tray.

I've got video of the whip whole process. I will try to stitch it together if you want.
I just cut off the rubber gasket thing on the intake, works much better. I do have the biochar somewhat damp, then I don’t deal with a bunch of dust. You will have to clean it midway, because of the biochar sludge. I can do about 5 gallons in 20 minutes.
