Stick a church in it and become tax free. Also it reminds me of a vivid dream I had recently... I was at a place like that, for healing and praying and learning, and there was a sign over the door of the building that I liked the most, which read, "let none enter without knowledge of geometry." But entering caused the dream to end. I want to find this place.
