I think one of the best things that could come out of Bitcoin demonetising assets is absorbing capital forced into real estate as a store of value and a vehicle for speculation, where it returns to a utility for people and we see land being used productively and within reason, not to try and flip for a profit, or rentseek or collaterlised to speculate further

It has really caused so much damage to people, putting people still in homes under so much stress, forcing people to move and leave their homes to seek affordable living and keeping generations from forming families because they can't have a place to call their own

I'm glad Bitcoin exists and gives us hope and an option, because the only other method of redistribution of land if we look to previous instances, is a bloody transition
