Why would we be remotely surprised that the sham J6 Committee would destroy its documents? Democrats have been getting away with it for decades.

Let's recap:

In 1997, a Democrat fundraiser in Arkansas with ties to Communist China had an aide destroy the documents concerning his work for the party helping to re-elect Bill Clinton.

In 2014, Obama EPA head Gina McCarthy deleted six thousand text messages from her agency cell phone; her only explanation was saying (without proof) that they were entirely "personal," even though many texts went to senior EPA staff.

In 2015, IRS Exempt Organizations director Lois Lerner, mired in scandal for targeting conservative Tea Party groups, conveniently lost 24,000 emails that Congress was seeking due to a "server crash."

In 2016, Hillary Clinton's team admitted to destroying her old devices with a hammer. She also used BleachBit to wipe the data ("Like, with a cloth?") from her illegal private email server.

In 2018, Bob Mueller's deputy Andrew Weissman "accidentally" wiped all the data off multiple phones by repeatedly inputting the wrong password. In total 27 different Mueller team phones were wiped before the Inspector General could review them — some because *multiple* staffers "forgot" their passwords all in the same week.

Democats destroying documents is the rule, not an exception.
