A #CBDC is a central ledger that is controlled by one single authority. Do central banks want that? Of course.
You don't want it. You want #Bitcoin. Commercial banks don't want it, but they don't know that yet.

It's not just about the ledger.. #CBDCs will be full programmable, the perfect tool of coercion and control, that's the main thing IMO.
