No one is running anything on nostr. It’s decentralized. You can do whatever you want.

I also don’t think nostr lacks entertainment. I actually enjoy nostr more than I ever enjoyed Twitter or any other social media. Maybe you need to use nostr differently because it has no algos 🤷‍♂️
