Why hasn't a state attempted to criminally charge a federal official for unconstitutional acts? Border? Guns? War? Debt? Everybody at every level is evil. 100%. Even guys like Massie aren't worth defending on the day of the thing because they failed to act, failed to lead. Every person in the entire hierarchy needs to be punished legally under the laws of the next system.
