Low time preference says otherwise. Sats flow might be good short term but then people start dying and population has not kept up
health care(cares act) has been coopted by bureaucrats/ i can't in good faith invest/boomers: biggest demographic with the most r ready to hand off- can't maintain/step into a private contract(legal in all 50 states) seller finance, some no $ down(taxes)/ make your own terms/practice makes perfect.......boomer advice with income property experience thruout. all the best & gr8 days all!
