Luck's a factor 🤙

Luck in what?

I am grateful for what I have but I am not sure luck has anything to do with it. I had to make tough calls.

Of course I don’t own flat in Prague where median of prices is around $500k. I had to move out to a smaller city and I drive all around the state to make a living.

Of course I don’t drive brand new car. It’s a nine year old Passat, but they are as reliable as one can get.

To leave my business in that 2016 was a devastating decision. Only luck in that is that I was able to make that call relatively soon enough.

I was referring to other post that had luck with timing.

As for me, I was lucky to be born on one piece of land over another. Lucky to have parents. Lucky to have had positive influences. Lucky to have moved from an apartment in a terrible neighborhood to a house in a decent neighborhood. Lucky that my parents had people to help them navigate that move as they didn't know the system. And lucky in so many other ways. 🫂
