
This is how we roll on a Tuesday. Grilled ribeye, salted and rested an hour before cooking. Zoodles made with Trombocino from the garden, cooked in ghee, finished with basil pesto, topped with a bit of parm.
Then just a bit of fresh fermented kraut for good belly health. May be 8 total carbs here including the fiber. When we eat like this I don't even bother counting them.
