What are the characteristics you’re hoping to combine?

Is this sorghum only for chicken feed?

I have a later popping variety and a earlier milo grain variety. The chickens like the popping one more but I'd like to increase the earlyness. It's suitable to use for any sorghum purpose. I add some ground into corn bread but most of goes to the chickens
