I think that this angle makes a lot more sense and a typographic logo is more likely to work... bitcoin has the honey badger but i don't think the ostrich really has the personality to match this protocol
much more appropriate would be blackbirds or canaries or crickets or some other animal that gossips all the time
i don't even know what sound an ostrich makes but these long-necked birds are scary motherfuckers and not very talkative and then when they start to talk you better hope you are out of reach of neck distance
