Yeah but in states like MA you still have to have a minimum coverage actual insurance plan or pay a tax penalty (I know dumb)

That is really dumb. Getting extorted to pay for insurance and fined if you don’t.

Just throwing this out there. Would it be cheaper to pay fine and crowd health versus insurance payment per month?
