Replying to Avatar Trey Walsh

The more followers I get on twitter, the more unusable it gets (with bits and spam). As someone that wants to try to increase mainstream adoption of bitcoin, I can’t be just siloed away from twitter (for the time being) although my time is like 90% nostr 10% twitter.

there's no reason why Twitter can't use NOSTR as its native protocol, especially for identity, but really even for the federation and stuff too.

If they decide to support it they'd probably be the fastest and largest and most powerful NOSTR relay in the world

and a lot of people would have a problem with that because of the centralization

But ultimately it would be good for the space all around both for Twitter and for NOSTR
