Why does no major cam sites integrate with the Lightning Network yet?

It seems like the perfect use case for Lightning, i.e. I’ve been waiting for this for literally years, I need it now and with low fees and privately.

The models and/or sites would appreciate the low fees I am sure. What’s going on?

Just asking for a friend, of course.
