For all the chess players in the room, what is your favourite piece, and why is it the Knight?

It is harder for opponents to visualise (and anticipate) the squares that it can attack, it can jump over pieces and it’s the best looking piece.
Can't defend against the Knight with a shield. have to either move the targeted piece, or making taking it too expensive to stomach. Any other piece can be blocked by a pawn shield.
Bc knights quickly get you into and out of trouble. Ideally, they mask a setup for the bishop hammer.
