I've been doing it for like 6 years now, with a flexible time window. I don't eat breakfast and push my first meal 4-7 hours into the day. Black coffee to blunt appetite during fasting, big meals in the evening. Got the tip from young fitness dude (Kinobody) online.
Love it. That and watching calories overall got me lean.
I’m the other way round, decent sized breakfast and not much for the rest of the day. Feel so much better for it.
