good morning all! (insert coffee and sunshine emoji). week 2 of standing table. I'm not a standing table absolutist but i love using it in the mornings and after lunch, esp with the surplus of energy. def getting better at retraining focus and being less subconscious of standing

Standing desks are great. I have an adjustable desktop that I love.

I got one about a month ago. I’ve been enjoying it, so far. I’m much more likely to move, as a result of being already on my feet. Too much sitting is detrimental to one’s health.
