Just put your old pubkey. No need for nsec. Backups can be downloaded per event creation (last one is on top). After all the relays list it gives you previous following by number and hex to find them again (it is in txt so copy/paste is tedious but its a way). Otherwise nostrgram.co but older nsec needed there.
