If you live in a fiat standard, you won’t like to spend sats as you are trying to escape from the fiat world. Spending sats does not benefit you.

Once the bitcoin price reaches a certain level in your local fiat currency that you can safely quit your fiat job, then you will start spending your sats.

This make take days, months or years depending on your time preference and all of them are good to promote #bitcoin adoption. It doesn’t have to be necessarily today that you have to spend sats to promote adoption.
