People who hoard resources and build bunkers aren't exactly the "seize the means of production" types. They're more likely to be the "property rights are sacred" crowd.
So you'd probably get Rothbardian anarcho-capitalism by default, not because it's better for rebuilding, but because those are the personality types who'd actually make it through the apocalypse.
Marx's ideas need collective action. Hard to collectivize when everyone's dead.
