Eye strain virtually gone, productivity up enormously:

- Put a strong Redshift filter on my computer screen. 2000K during the day and 1500K at night. Phone is almost at max night light at all times. Virtually no blue light from screens.

- Automated script to switch my PC fan colors from animated rainbow during the day to static amber after sundown.

- Got some standalone lamps with 1800K bulbs to switch to for evening lighting.

My circadian rhythm seems a lot happier.

Been doing the same. Also got a red light lamp to use near my computer when it is too cold to work outside side.
