FSOC report: Digital assets have been removed from the list of potential threats to the US financial system.

The Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) is a U.S. financial stability watchdog formed after the 2008 financial crisis. It brings together the heads of major regulators to assess systemic risks, coordinate supervision, and, when needed, designate large non-bank institutions as systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs).
