It’s probably a good habit to reflect on where the food/drink you’re about to consume came from

Not just where but how long ago its ingredients were grown, what processes may have been involved with that, etc.

Kind of a meditation type of thing you could say. Visualizing, albeit mostly guessing

The point is you quickly realize you should probably do some gardening and find a good local farmers’ market

Yes! Taco bell, AFUERA!

One of my reasons for going carnivore is that I can literally get about 80% of my calories from a local food source (20 miles from me, regenerative ranch). If I didn't use butter that would be 100%.

Now I just need to orange-pill them!
